Interlingua was established in 1976 to support regional companies and act as a language solution provider in the field of multilingual communication. Thanks to rapid expansion into international markets, industries and service providers were increasingly required to communicate on a global scale. This prompted us to continuously expand our offering of languages and specialist fields. Today, Interlingua has global connections and is the leading provider of translation services in Liechtenstein.

Since multilingual communication is not only carried out in writing, professional simultaneous interpreters translate the spoken word at conferences, congresses and meetings. It is our job to put together suitable teams of interpreters, organise the logistics and install and provide simultaneous interpreting equipment if required.

Although technological prerequisites have changed dramatically since our agency was founded and translators now have completely different tools at their disposal, the qualities needed for the flawless translation of specialised texts have mostly remained the same. Consequently, we will continue to engage experienced and fully qualified translators with outstanding linguistic and specialised knowledge, implement meticulous working methods, uphold our policy of integrity and confidentiality and employ state-of-the-art technical solutions.

In addition to these measures, every translated text is proofed and quality checked. The focus here is on format and content and ensuring that the quality meets our clients’ exacting requirements.

As a translation agency, we process sensitive and confidential documents on a daily basis. We have always taken data protection seriously – even before the commotion about the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

For us, it is only natural to have a security policy that we implement and uphold and that guarantees the employment of comprehensive measures to protect your data. The measures we take can be broken down into three categories:
